Sheet Metal Processing:
We Provide services for Sheet Metal/ Tube Cutting Processing with material or on Labour starting from design till finishing of the product or project.
The Laser Processing will execute with help of TRUMPF Laser Technology TruLaser L20- 3030 with 4kW Capacity. The working range is 1500 x 3000 x 115 mm
The capacity of the said machine is 20mm thk Mild Steel, 16mm thk Stainless Steel and 10 to 12mm thk aluminium. Also the machine has the rotolas Tube
cutting attachment which help us to processs the Square, Rectangle and Circular tubes. We can process max dia 270 – 300mm with thk 10 to 12 mm Mild Steel and 6 to 8mm thk stainless steel pipes.
The programming input will receive from Tru Tops Boost Technology by TRUMPF.
CNC Bending:
We provide the services with help of TRUMPF CNC Bending Technology 5 Axis, the capacity of the machine is 100 Tons with bed size of 3 mtr in length.
The programming input will receive from Tru Tops Boost Technology by TRUMPF.
Sheet Metal Fabrications:
We provide the services with help of our Associate Business Partner for TIG/ MIG welding process with Certified Technicians.
Certified supplier execute the In house fabrication facility based on requirement.
Powder Coating and Surface Treatment:
We provide the services with help of our Associate Business Partner for Powder Coating and Surface Treatment.
Tube Processing:
We Provide services for Circular Tube Cutting with material or on Labour with help of Special Purpose Machines.
The working range is starting from Dia 15 till 65 mm with upto 3mm wall thk of Tube. This incudes for all types of the material, i:e Mild Steel, Stainless Steel.
All Tubes above 65mm in dia will process with help of TRUMPF Laser Technology.
The special Tube Deburring, Polishing process carried out with help of customised SPM to maintain surface requirement as per CSR.
We are having customised automation for Quality Control and any defined CSR.
